Terra Session Timeouts Completed
Some users have reported receiving a session timeout message after a long period of inactivity - a few hours - and needing to log back into the application.
Our engineering teams are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. Currently logging back into the application resolves the issue until another period of inactivity.

Same problem happening to me while working on notebooks

I was just using a jupyter notebook and running pretty simple plotting code, when the notebook had a timeout error and then took me back to sign-in page with this message. In December, I was seeing this behavior at least a few times a day. I received this message today, Jan 10 2023, at about 11:20 am.

Our group (of which Maddie is a member) does not use the Session Timeout feature.
