Microsoft login not working Completed

Users have reported that they are unable to log into Terra when using the "Sign in with Microsoft" option.

As a workaround, we actually recommend using the "Sign in with Google" option when logging into Terra going forward. This is because Terra workspaces are backed by Google projects, so you'll need a Google account anyway if you need to access any resources outside the platform (e.g. downloading files via command line, view workspace buckets in the Google Cloud Console).

If you have a Microsoft email, you can create a Google account for it by following the instructions here: How to set up a Terra account with a non-Google email.

When you use that new Google account to log into Terra, you'll see an error like cannot update azureb2cId - this is expected because Terra doesn't allow "switching" between cloud providers when logging into your account. Once you receive that error, send a message to support@terra.bio so we can reset the cloud profile on your account, which will resolve the error and allow you to log in using Google going forward.
