Cannot update azureB2cId for user

Cannot update azureB2cld for user [ID] because user does not exist or the azureB2cld has already been set for this user
If you receive the above error, you may be logging into Terra using a different cloud provider login than what you originally used to register with. For example, if you originally registered for Terra using the “Sign in with Google” link and are now logging in with the “Sign in with Microsoft” link, you will receive the error.

This is because Terra currently does not support “switching” cloud identity providers for a given email - once you register with one, you need to continue logging in with it. In other words, if you registered johnsmith@email.com with the “Sign in with Google” link, you will need to continue using the “Sign in with Google” link to log into Terra with the johnsmith@email.com email.
Note that this does not block your access to working in workspaces in the other cloud. For example, if you log in with the “Sign in with Google” link, you can still access Azure workspaces and create Azure workspaces if you are added to an Azure-backed Terra billing project.
If you need to change the cloud identity associated with your account (i.e. switch from “Sign in with Google” to “Sign in with Microsoft” or vice versa), please reach out to Terra Support for assistance. We'll be more than happy to get you switched over to the other cloud provider for login.
