Make it more obvious how to copy text from Data tab

I see the same problem. terra-ui is still trying to call https://api.firecloud.org/api/proxyGroup/undefined

Yes, this is reproducible. I've noticed this for a year or so. Here's another screenshot. terra-ui is trying to make a request to `https://api.firecloud.org/api/proxyGroup/undefined`, which is wrong.
