Does this problem persist if you sign out of Terra entirely and log back in? We are not sure if this issue is transient as we are unable to replicate it internally.
Yes, this is reproducible. I've noticed this for a year or so.
Here's another screenshot. terra-ui is trying to make a request to `https://api.firecloud.org/api/proxyGroup/undefined`, which is wrong.

Can you check your profile page now to see if you can view the proxy group?
I see the same problem. terra-ui is still trying to call https://api.firecloud.org/api/proxyGroup/undefined
