Issues with NIH RAS link Completed

Users have reported issues accessing controlled-access data/workspaces in Terra even with an active NIH Researcher Auth Service (RAS) link. Users who have recently linked/re-linked their NIH RAS account in Terra may notice that the eracommons ID field shows "none" in their Terra profile External Identities page after ~36 hours. 

We were able to identify that the issue is due to a bug on the NIH RAS side. They are currently investigating and working on a fix. In the meantime, to regain access, you can renew your RAS link in Terra. If you are submitting a long-running workflow with controlled-access data, be sure to renew your link beforehand to avoid issues with access/DRS resolution.
