Queued submissions and inaccurate job status Completed

Our engineers are currently working on a hotfix for a known issue related to job submissions queueing for longer than is expected, and for statuses being slow to update. More details can be found here: https://support.terra.bio/hc/en-us/articles/360040784351-Service-Incident-March-10-2020

Workflows and jobs are taking longer than usual to start, but will eventually complete. Statuses may be slow to update, but the underlying PAPI VMs are running normally and statuses will eventually become consistent.

This thread will be updated when the hotfix is released.

    The hotfix for this issue is now in place and this issue can be considered resolved. If you continue to experience long queue times or odd job states, please let us know.
