IGV not loading CRAM files on Terra

We've gotten reports of users being unable to open CRAM files in IGV on Terra. Currently, IGV loads with no displayed data. 

Our engineering teams are aware of the issue and working towards a resolution.  As a workaround, we suggest opening CRAM files in the standalone IGV web app: https://igv.org/app/. Instructions for how to view files on the web app version are here.
