Persistent Disks Showing as Migratable Before Workspace Migration is Complete

An issue has been identified in which persistent disks are appearing as migratable in the Terra UI even though their workspaces have not been migrated yet. Workspace migrations will begin on 10/3/2022 (per this email), so if you see the option to migrate your PD before this date you should take no action at this time. Once your workspace is migrated you will need to copy the unattached persistent disk to a newly migrated workspace and recreate your cloud environment to start using them again.

We are working with our engineering team to see if the migrate button can only be shown if the disk belongs to a workspace that has been migrated.
