Can't attach existing persistent disk to new environment
Hello,
I tried to remake an environment to fix the issue where Jupyter notebooks were warning about expired locks.
The version I'm making is Default: us.gcr.io/broad-dsp-gcr-public/terra-jupyter-gatk:2.0.8.
I can create and start the environment but it does not seem to correctly mount my existing persistent disk. Then in the "cloud environment" pop-up it has a "Time to upgrade" notification (see screenshot below), to add a persistent disk. Doing this, the environment shuts down and supposedly updates, but keeps restarting in the same state with the "Time to upgrade" notification. I have checked in the terminal and see a 100gb volume mounted on /home/jupyter, which is larger than my 50gb persistent disk. I also don't see any of my existing data in /home/jupyter. In the Cloud Environments page it says my persistent disk was made Feb 7, 2022, and last accessed today, April 19, 2022.
Thank you for your help,
Grant
