Terra IGV is not functioning

Several users have reported issues with using IGV within Terra. Loading BAM/CRAM files in IGV on Terra results in a "Error loading track data" message:

Our engineers are aware of this issue and are currently looking into it. If you run into this issue, it is suggested you use the IGV web app: https://igv.org/app/. Instructions for how to view files on the web app version are here. Note that this workaround does not work for DRS objects.
