Issue Starting Paused Cloud Environments Using GPUs Completed
Terra support has identified a known issue that is causing users to see a "Jupyter failed to start after 10 minutes" error when restarting paused cloud environments that use GPUs. The Terra engineers are currently working to implement a fix for the underlying bug.
A short-term workaround for this issue is to delete your current cloud environment but keep your persistent disk. You can then create a new cloud environment with the same configuration attached to the existing persistent disk.
