Issues with Terra when using account that has an alias Answered

You may experience issues using the Terra platform if you attempt to use an email address that has an alias. While you are able to log into the platform with the aliased account, you may see various errors and erratic behavior. Please note that the use of accounts with aliases is not supported in Terra.

If you want to use Terra but have an email account that is not a Google account, you can create a Google account using that same email address by following the instructions in our article Setting up a Google account with a non-Google email.
