Errors with TCGA BAM links

Hi everyone!

I have been trying to run multiple workflows on some TCGA BAMS (including BAMs that were recently updated) and I have continued to get this error (screenshot attached). Previously, I have been able to rerun the workflow a handful of times and it would eventually succeed but I have been running these workflows upwards of 12 times and they have continued to fail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Hey Kathryn,

    Thanks for writing in! It looks like this might be failing because of either your NIH account or your NCI CRDC Framework Services account not being linked at https://app.terra.bio/#profile. Note that an active link for both of these are required to get access to TCGA data! See: https://support.terra.bio/hc/en-us/articles/4402326091675-Accessing-GTEx-TARGET-TCGA-data

    Can you confirm whether both of these links are active in your profile and try again?

    Hi Jason,

    I relinked my eRA Commons account and ran the workflows but they failed again with the same error. Is there anything else I could try?

    Can you provide a screenshot of your links on the https://app.terra.bio/#profile page? Similar to this one:

    If you do not want to share it publicly, I can send you an email that you can respond to privately.

    Can you also share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in your workspace? The Share option is in the three-dots menu at the top-right.

    1. Add GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org to the User email field and press enter on your keyboard.
    2. Click Save.

    Please provide us with

    1. A link to your workspace
    2. The relevant submission ID
    3. The relevant workflow ID

    Hi Jason,

    It looks like the issue was that I didn't connect my NCI CRDC Frameworks account (just connected it this morning). The workflows appear to be running now, thank you for your help!
