Can't see attributes after uploading TSV Completed

Hello,

I am trying to update a workspace by uploading a TSV.  The files exist in the bucket but after clicking upload the page reloads, and there is no error popping up, but the attributes do not appear in Terra.  I'm thinking it might be related to this issue:

Has this been confirmed to be resolved?

    Hi adunford,

Thanks for writing in. The release to address the service incident should have fixed the issue, and users who were experiencing the issue have been able to successfully update their workspace/data tables since then.

Are you uploading the TSV file to your workspace bucket under 'Files', or to a data table that you'd like to update? Can you share the TSV file you are trying to upload, and share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in your workspace?

We'll take a closer look and get back to you as soon as we can.

    Best,

    Samantha

    Hi Samantha,

Thanks for the quick response.  I am trying to update a datatable by updating the tsv.  the files in the TSV listed as attributes are already in the bucket, the issue is just that uploading the TSV doesn't change the datatable.  The workspace in question is here:

    https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces/firecloud-dfci-ghobriallab/GP_SMM_WGS_wolF

Is there a way I can DM you my TSV?  I'd rather not post the full dataset publicly.

    Hi adunford,

This behavior seems consistent with some database deadlock issues we've seen with imports in general. A quick workaround that's been successful for users is to make some edit to your workspace. The quickest thing to do is hit the button to edit the workspace description and then save without changing anything. This is one of the triggers that will cycle a refresh of the workspace metadata. Once you do that, you should see your data within a minute or two.

Let me know if you still have any issues!

    Best,
    Samantha
