Cannot edit notebooks but I have the right permissions (401 Authentication Error) Answered

Problem:

You have all the right workspace permissions, but cannot edit notebooks. This error appears when you try to edit:

Resolution:

We've seen this issue when users are not using Chrome (e.g. Safari, Brave). It could also result from ad-blockers. To resolve, first switch to Chrome. If you are already using Chrome, turn off ad-blockers and restart the browser.
