Workspace Access
I have a collaborator who is trying to download their data from an AnVIL workspace. They have been added to the workspace and to the authorization group. When they try to access the data they get a message that they do not have access and to go to billing. What could be going on here?

If the collaborator clicks on the link Why is billing required to access this data? they should be brought to a page that explains requester pays buckets.

This workspace utilizes a requester pays bucket, meaning users accessing the data are responsible for covering certain charges. As such, they will need a billing project available to their Terra account that can pay for these charges. The collaborator can either set up a billing project themselves, or they can be added to one that currently exists. For instance, if you were willing to pay for their data access, you can add them to your billing project.
