Bug report: sharing new workflow versions

I shared a method config with a collaborator, but continue iterating on the method, creating several more versions.  I didn't redact any old versions.  My collaborator can't update his existing config to a newer version of the workflow.  If I try to share the latest version from the Firecloud methods repo, it says my collaborator is already a reader.  How can I share the latest version?

    My collaborator informs me that everything seems to be working now.  Maybe it just took a little while to update?  I'm willing to call this resolved unless we see it again.
