Using IGV data table widget with controlled access CRAM/CRAI files?
I am trying to use the IGV widget available in Terra's data table with CRAM and CRAI files that have been copied to my bucket. When I load the IGV tool with the sample and zoom in, I continue to get the message "error loading track". I have also attempted this with BAM/BAI files in my workspace bucket.
Is it possible to use this tool with data located in my Terra workspace bucket? I am working with managed access data, so I do not want to upload it elsewhere.

Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for writing in. Can you share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in your workspace (see the icon with the three dots at the top-right)?
1. Add GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org to the User email field and press Enter on your keyboard
2. Click Save
Let me know the name of the workspace, or a share a link. Also let me know which bam you are trying to view and at what coordinates and I will look to recreate the issue. If I am able to successfully recreate the problem, I'll be happy to have one of our engineers take a closer look at what's going on here.
