Error running GATK CNV PoN workflow

    Hi Yifat,

    This may be a question better suited for the GATK team, but I can take a first pass to see if I can figure out what's going on.

    Can you share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in your workspace (see the icon with the three dots at the top-right)?

    1. Add GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org to the User email field and press enter
    2. Click Save

    Let us know the workspace name, as well as the relevant submission and workflow IDs. If you are using a workflow that isn't publicly available, please add jcerrato@broadinstitute.org to it so that I can view it.

    In that case, I might try to reach out to the GATK team,

    I can't share the workspace as it contains CPTAC restricted data and needs special authorization.
