New pair set always created, even when selecting an existing pair set
I'm running a workflow on a pair set and I have an existing pair set that I'm choosing but when I click "run analysis" it creates a new pair set with those pairs and the job is shown as running on that new pair set. Not sure if this is expected behavior or not but wanted to report just in case.

Thank you for reporting this. Can you confirm what root entity type you are selecting for your analysis? You can also share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in either the icon of your workspace in the workspace list or inside the workspace dashboard (see the icon with the three dots) for us to take a closer look.

Thanks Jason. When I launched my workflows, next to "Process multiple workflows from:" I had "Pair". Then I clicked "Select Data" > "Choose existing sets" > "07130_2020-02-05" > "OK". Then I clicked "RUN ANALYSIS".
The workspace should be shared now (07130_whole_genome_analysis).

Are you experiencing any blocks or stalls due to this behavior, or is it more an oddity that you wanted to flag up?
