ReDelegation after validator not active/jailed

Last year I delegated LUNC to coinhall validator . On Oct 6 it looks like you folks no longer support them and I’ve tried to “undelegate” twice . Unfortunately I haven’t looked at this wallet since early last year until the first time I tried undelegating at the beginning of October . I thought I had actually made the deadline It looks like my coins seem to be frozen in undelegation in my wallet. I can no longer retrieve them or redelegate them. I think they are in a perpetual state of undelegation
