Error creating billing project

Hi Terra Support,
 
I failed to create billing project with the following error message. I already added "terra-billing@terra.bio" (shown as "terra-billing@firecloud.org") as Billing Account User in my Google Cloud billing account. Can anyone help fix this issue?

    Hello, I run into same error. Is there any instruction on how to fix it? I have "terra-billing@firecloud.org" as billing user for project in other system already. Thanks!

    Hi Neal,

    Thank you for writing in! Did you create the Google Billing Account in GCP? Are you using the same account for GCP as you are for Terra? Does that account use an email alias? Also, can you please provide a screenshot of the error message that you're getting?

    Once we have the answers to these questions, we'll take a look as soon as we can.

    Hi Neal,

    If you've replied to the system generated emails from this forum then I would not have seen those emails as they are sent from the forum and not the ticketing system. I can only see replies to forum posts from the forum itself. 

    I do also have a ticket open for this case and I will be sending you an email from there shortly.  Please reply to that email and I'll see the response within the system and be able to look at your screenshots.
