Error loading analyses: pet does not have list access
I'm revisiting a cloned workspace where I've run some workflows before and today I want to do some interactive analysis. That doesn't seem possible though.
This is a workspace that has an authorization domain. Can someone please take a look? I'd like to be able to work in this workspace so I can take advantage of the data table.
Thanks,
Laura

Darn, this is happening for the fresh, empty workspace I just created as well.
Hi Laura,
Thanks for writing in! Are you able to access the Google bucket for this workspace directly? Are you getting this error just when opening the workspace or when trying to run analyses?
Kind regards,
Pamela
Hi Pamela,
I can open the bucket in the browser from the workspace link, although that would be with credentials as Gauthier not PET. The error is only happing when I go to the Analyses tab, I can view the data tab and submissions just fine.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for the information! After digging into this, it looks like the issue is likely because your account is over the limit for the number of Google groups you can be a part of. The best way to resolve this would be by leaving as many groups as you are able to. I can work with you privately to determine the groups you are in since this post is public-facing.
Kind regards,
Pamela
This has already bit me in the butt before. BITS wasn't super helpful, but they created a "service account" for me, i.e. an alternate Google account -- would it be possible to leverage that in some way? It works okay for emails, but doesn't seem to be a great solution on the whole. In the meantime I can work on leaving some groups.
I may not have a lot of leeway here...

Hi Laura,
Yes, I was also going to suggest a service account from BITS since many people have moved some group memberships (for instance, AnVIL groups) over to their service account to cut down on the number of memberships for your original account. Are you getting that particular error with all of the groups you have attempted to leave?
Kind regards,
Pamela
I only have control over a very small subset of those thousand groups that are hitting the limit. That AnViL service account solution sounds promising. How can I get my AnViL access switched over to another account?
Hi Laura,
In order to transfer over the memberships, you'll need to reach out to the owners of the AnVIL groups to let them know to remove your normal account and add your SA account. It does seem like the "AnVIL_Devs" group is one that has been causing the membership limit issue for users so I'd suggest reaching out to Kate Balaconis to switch your membership for that group.
Kind regards,
Pamela
