Persistent disks have a status of "deleted" but still exist on the Google side
We have identified an issue where persistent disk statuses are being updated to "deleted" in the Leonardo database unexpectedly. This will make it appear as though the disk has been deleted in Terra, however, the disk still exists on the google side, so it is possible to manually correct the database to allow users to access their PDs again. Our engineering teams are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
