Service Incident - June 11, 2020

Summary

Our external ID linking service is currently returning errors on request with Bearer Tokens. This is impactful for users who link to DCF and DCP Frameworks.

A Terra UI bug is resulting in existing or newly linked DCP or DCF Framework links not showing up on the Profile page. Page will appear as though the user is not linked.

Impact

Users attempting to create new links with DCP or DCF Fence Frameworks might see their link appear briefly, but then disappear, looking like they are not linked.

Users with previously established links will appear to no longer be linked.

Users are still linked to the frameworks in reality, even though the information is missing in the UI.
