What I really want to know is the sex (and ancestry) of each sample.  It's clear from the data browser that sex is there, but I can't figure out how to get it.   Thanks, Haley

empty input array

I am trying to run a workflow that takes as input 2 Array[File] that were generated in a separate workflow.  The workflow fails, and when I go to the job manager and view the 'inputs', the 2 arrays...

I have shared the workspace with firecloud support.  (https://anvil.terra.bio/#workspaces/anvil-testinghja-1119/1000G_Workspace_hja) It crashes after approx 1 minute, regardless of what I try to do:

Every time I try to access the terminal from within terra, it appears to start up a vm but then quickly becomes unresponsive.

Ok, thanks--that works.  'Launch'  is not a very good term for dockstore to use here.  I didn't want to launch it--I wanted to export it.

I have registered and published my workflow in dockstore (successfully, as far as I can tell).  Within terra, I went to 'find a workflow' --> dockstore, and then I can search and find the workflow ...
