Terra-Notebooks-Quickstart Problem

Hello,

while trying to work through the Terra-Notebooks-Quickstart workspace, I encountered this error message, for which I couldn't find a solution. In the 2_BigQuery_cohort_analysis notebook, checking the cohort_entity displays an error, that the workspace doesn't exist or that I don't have the permission to use it. I have completed the other tutorials regarding data tables and workflows before and never had a problem there. I also made sure to set up billing correctly and imported a cohort from the 1000 Genomes Low Coverage dataset beforehand. Does anyone have an idea what might cause this?

Thanks and with best regards,

Robin

    Hi Robin,

We were able to replicate this issue and find a fix. If you change the cell project variable cell to use WORKSPACE_NAMESPACE instead of GOOGLE_PROJECT, this should work properly.

    So change

    to

Let us know if this works for you!

    Kind regards,

    Jason

    Dear Jason,

thank you for the fast reply, it worked. I had already seen this solution at the end of "Understanding and adjusting your Cloud Environment", but apparently made a mistake copying it. Anyhow, it now works.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Robin
