Notebooks not being cloned with workspaces Completed

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, some users have reported that notebooks are not cloning along with workspaces. We believe that this error is a result of the new Project-Per-Workspace release, however, this issue is affecting all workspaces including those created before PPW.

Our engineers are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix.

I had a new workspace in this state and after the new release went out, I now see the notebooks have been copied.
