Can a Terra Workflow use a GCP Compute Engine compute-optimized c2-standard machine type?
Hi,
It seems pretty clear that the default machine type for Terra workflows is what GCP calls n1-standard, and that if you specify cpuPlatform: "Intel Cascade Lake", well that might give you an n2-standard machine type for a task. But what about compute-optimized c2-standard machine types? If the answer is yes, then how does one accomplish this?
Thanks,

Hi Marc Perry,
Thanks for writing in. Unfortunately, at this time, only N1 and N2 machine types are supported in Terra (see note in Default runtime attributes for workflow submissions). If you'd like to see support for other machine types, I'd be happy to file a feature request on your behalf for our product and engineering teams to consider.
Best,
Samantha
