"Cannot update googleSubjectid" error
I worked at the Broad Institute last year and just returned. I saw this happened to others where somehow the same google account but different subject IDs confuses the system. When trying to make an account now I get the error "Cannot update googleSubjectld for user 2720721443168a70bbb7a because user does not exist or the googleSubjectld has already been set for this user". Is there any way to reset my ID so I can make an account now?

Thanks for writing in. I've gone ahead and reset your account so you should now be able to register again.
