Internal Server Error updating sample set table

Hello,

I am trying to update and add a new sample set to my existing sample_set table by uploading sample_set_entity.tsv and sample_set_membershipt.tsv. 

I first downloaded sample_set.zip and decompressed it, then edited the two files by adding new sample ids to sample_set_membership.tsv under a new sample_set name, and adding that sample_set name to sample_set_entity.tsv. 

However, when I added the sample_set_entity.tsv to the tables, I got this internal server error. Could you help me fixing this?

  Hi Seunghun,

  Thank you for writing in. Is this a workspace you would be able to share with us? If so, can you share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in your workspace? The Share option is in the three-dots menu at the top-right.

  • Add GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org to the User email field and press enter on your keyboard.
  • Click Save.

  Can you confirm too whether you've been adding new sample IDs to the sample_set_membership.tsv that don't exist in the current sample table?

  Hi Jason,

  Sorry for a delayed response. I just added GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org as a reader to "tcga_germline" workspace. 

  I wasn't adding new sample IDs, but was just trying to make a new sample set out of existing samples.
