Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, the nanopore pipeline you linked is written in Nextflow, which is not something Terra supports. I would suggest you reach out to the authors of the repo and ask if they can make a cloud-ready WDL version of their workflow. Otherwise, you'll need to create the WDL yourself in order to use it in Terra.
