automated email notification of shared workspace has "None None" as subject

We have portal that uses a service account to generate Terra workspaces.  It then shares the workspace with a user (identified by the google address with which the user registered with the portal).  Terra sends an automated email notifying the user that the new workspace has been shared with him/her.  Here is an example:

Dear Chet,

None None has given you WRITER access to the following workspace: broad-getzlab-ibm-prans-t/Corcoran_GE_GI-pran-1

To learn more about how resources are shared within Terra, read this article on our access policy.

Thank you,
The Terra Team

Shouldn't "None None" be the identity of the service account?

    Hey Chet,

Am I understanding correctly that this is a service account of your own design, rather than one created by Terra? Can you speak a bit more to how it was set up, and what you believe the identity should be?

    Kind regards,

    Jason
