Problem Seeing Workspace
I cannot see the Genomics Platform workspaces that GP has shared with me: terra-broad-cancer-prod/VanAllen-Tolaney_16-492_BreastCancer and broad-genomics-delivery/VanAllen-Tolaney_17-324_ULP-WGS. I have access to the google bucket but want to see the data model in the workspace. Could you please help me figure out how to solve this problem? Thank you!

Happy to help here. Can you see these workspaces if you search for them here?: https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces
If not, can you confirm the names of the buckets you believe are associated with these workspaces? Are you able to access these buckets in the Google Cloud Console? Are you able to successfully download files from the bucket using the console or gsutil on the command line?

Hi Jason,
Your help made me realize that I can only search for and find these workspaces in Terra and not FireCloud, so this issue is resolved. I can see both the workspace and google bucket links you sent in your last message perfectly well.

Happy to help! You should also be able to search for the workspaces in FireCloud.

If the workspace you're looking for is only showing up in the Terra search but not the FireCloud search, and you would like me to investigate, please let me know.
