Bug report: Copying workflows to a workspace does not include namespace

When copying a workflow from one workspace to another, namespace is not included. Thus, if you have two workspaces of the same name under a different namespace then you just see two workspaces, shown below -  

I believe that this bug may occur in other areas of Terra due to the UI/UX decision to hide namespaces.
