Table of Contents

Hi! I'd like to have an option to add 'Table of Contents' in the workspace dashboard. My workspace contains quite a long description on details of data/ workflow/ notebook and I want to have a quick preview with links to jump to the section.

    Thank you for your feature request. The relevant product manager is currently evaluating the request and determining what would be required to implement the feature.
