Notebook Runtime Error

I am not able to start a new environment, here is the error:

    Hi Mahdiar,

    Thank you for writing in. Can you confirm whether you still experience this issue using an incognito mode and using another browser? If so, please provide the following for our notebooks engineer to investigate further.

    Terra account email address:
    Terra billing project:
    Cluster ID (if possible, found in terminal):
    Notebook runtime:
    Link to workspace:
    As accurately as you can manage, when (day/time) did you last notice this working normally?:
    As accurately as you can manage, when (day/time) did this error last occur?:

    Please also share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in your workspace (see the icon with the three dots at the top-right)?

    1. Add GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org to the User email field and press Enter on your keyboard
    2. Click Save

    Thank you Jason! I tried incognito mode and different browser, same error.. Will try to contact notebook engineers. Can you please let me know to whom should I send this request?
