    Hi Andrew,

We're happy to take a closer look at this. Can you share the broad-firecloud-wupo1/CLL1085_RRBS2 workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in your workspace (see the icon with the three dots at the top-right)?

    1. Add GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org to the User email field and press Enter.
    2. Click Save

We'll take a look and get back to you as soon as we can.

    Kind regards,

    Jason

    Hi Andrew,

Would you be willing to share the adunford/bsmap_to_mcall/1 workflow with me so I can see if I am able to replicate this in a clone?

    Kind regards,

    Jason

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your patience here—I am able to spend a good amount of time digging into this today, so I will look to update you before EOD.

    Kind regards,

    Jason

I'm also still seeing that I don't have access to this workflow.

Would you be able to click to the Source link and add my email address directly, jcerrato@broadinstitute.org?

    Many thanks,

    Jason

    Hi Andrew,

Do you still require any assistance with this? If so, can you try adding my email address jcerrato@broadinstitute.org as a user of the workflow directly?

    Many thanks,

    Jason

If you still require assistance, can you let me know if you are able to run any workflows in this workspace or if you get this error for others as well? Are you experiencing any difficulty in any other workspace/billing projects?

    Jason,

Sorry added you to the workflows bsmap_to_mcall_PE:

    https://portal.firecloud.org/#workspaces/broad-firecloud-wupo1/CLL1085_RRBS2/method-configs/adunford/bsmap_to_mcall_PE

I also tried importing another method and running it in the workspace but I get the same error.  Currently only experiencing this issue with this workspace.  I strongly think it's an issue wiht my access to the project since I am an owner on the workspace and methods.  Let me know if you're able to get anything to run.

    Hi Andrew,

If you have any issues with access to the project that would definitely result in this message. Do you know who the owner of the billing project is? Would you be able to ask that you be added to the billing project and try again? This seems consistent with behavior we have seen where a user is an owner but not a member of the billing project, and is therefore unable to run workflows.

    Kind regards,

    Jason

I am filing a bug report for this behavior as all Owners should, by default, be able to compute on workspaces they have ownership of. Let me know if you are able to get added to the billing project and if that fixes the problem, and I will include the information in my bug report.

    Kind regards,

    Jason
