sharing a workspace has a 'pending' status

    Hi Edyta,

    This may be an indication that the user has not yet signed up for Terra. Can you confirm that they are signed up? If they already have an account, it's possible that the email address is misspelled. If they have already signed up and you are sure the address is not misspelled, please let me know.

    Separately, I am unable to access this workspace. Does it exist under an authorization domain?

    Hi Jason,

    yes, the name is misspelled...! I copied and pasted name from an email (removing the full name and parentheses) and looks like I removed one character more than was needed. My apologies.

    I shared the workspace multiple times and I am sure the very first time was right - i counted the characters one by one in the login :), but I kept sharing the space because nothing was happening until recently I saw the message with pending status. Clearly the time I misspelled the name is the time system accepted it :)

    I added the correct login (the same my collaborator uses for Terra) and again I see no changes in the list of accepted users, so please take a look.

    Hi Edyta,

    Is the person you've invited confirmed to already be a Terra user, meaning they've signed in authenticating with Google and have accepted the Terms of Service? If you like, I can convert this to a private ticket so we can include the user you invited for troubleshooting purposes.
