    Hi Edyta,

    Happy to help here. Can you provide us with some additional details to help us diagnose what may be going on?

    1. Does this happen when you try accessing the Workflows page or when you try to open a workflow on that page?
    2. Is this happening on all workspaces or one in particular?
    3. When did this last work? When did you notice this started happening?
    4. Are you able to access your workflows when you go to the Method Configurations tab in your workspace on FireCloud? https://portal.firecloud.org/#

    If you are able, please share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in your workspace (see the icon with the three dots at the top-right)?

    1. Add GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org to the User email field
    2. Click Add User
    3. Click Save

    Hi Jason,

    Thank you for quick response!

    Good point in checking other workspaces :) I cannot load only two workflows since before 8 am today morning, others are loading fine. I will share with you the workspace.

    Great! Please let us know the name of the workspace (or provide a link) and let us know what the names are of the workflows you're having trouble opening.
