make wdl-editor expandable
The wdl editor textbox doesn't appear to be expandable like the one below it. It would be nice to make it larger at will.

This is in the old firecloud area that it reroutes you to. I'm sure there's a bunch of changes coming as this gets ported into Terra.... if having a resizable editor window could be an option, that would be great.
Actually, if you have any beta versions you'd like me to test for any upcoming deployments, I'd be happy to be involved in doing any review.
