Job has been aborting for over a week

I'm back with more issues with the TOPMed Alignment workspace I'm drafting for BDC go-live. This problem is not blocking me but it might be draining my credit account...

One of my jobs has been "aborting" for about nine days now (since January 28th). The job is called

2-Variant_Caller_gZ33eVc_Mak

and has this submission id: fb86d709-0cca-484c-afda-377d4e62acc4
 
I am concerned it might still be running because in my list of workspaces, it still shows the green icon indicating something is running, even though I haven't running anything in days. I've run about 30 workflows on here so let me aid you in finding which one I mean by saying it's towards the middle, roughly number 17 from the top. On the page that lists workflows it shows up as "submitted" with a red ! icon; it is only showing as aborting on the details page.

    Hi Aisling,

    Thank you for the info. Can you share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org by clicking the Share button in either the icon of your workspace in the workspace list or inside the workspace dashboard (see the icon with the three dots). Let us know the workspace name so that we will be able to find it. I'll pass this info on to one of our engineers to take a look as soon as I receive it, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

    Since I've had issues with this workspace already, that group is already shared. It's called TOPMed Alignment and Freeze8 Variant Caller. Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it.
