Hi Oliver, Juptyer notebooks within your workspace would be the best place to take advantage of tools and packages for data visualization. This Terra notebooks playground featured workspace has a lot of notebooks and links to good viz resources you could check out.
There is also a hook into IGV that you can use if you select a row of data in your data table and choose Open with -> IGV
