Data access permission issue

Hi! I'm authorized to access TCGA controlled data, but I can't access them in Terra now.

So I confirmed that,

1) my TCGA authorized NIH account is linked to Terra and not expired

2) my workspace was created with the proper authorization domain

3) I can access controlled data through GDC data portal

 

Could you help me to resolve this? Thanks.

    TCGA Data is currently unavailable. Please contact Terra Support at

    Terra-support@broadinstitute.zendesk.com for full details.

    Hi Sushma,

    When will it be available? Actually last week when I posted this, the error was 'no permission' (file existed), but a 1~2 days ago the error changed to 'no file'. Do you know when this will be fixed? Thanks!

    Hi Sehyun,

    We are working on the fix and are not able to give a definite date on when the fix will go through. I can be sure to update this post as I hear more information. Have you received the email explaining the TCGA access issue? Here is a link to the Service Incident that contains full information.
