unable to share a workspace I own in Terra, but can share it from FireCloud

I am owner of the workspace

broad-firecloud-ccle/CCLE_raw_data

I recently got a request to grant read access to the workspace to two new members of the CCLE team.  I found I was unable to do that in Terra (said I did not have permissions), but was able to do it in FireCloud.

    Hi Chet,

    Is the Share button greyed out for you like it is for me? I am guessing you've shared this workspace with our support group already which is why I can see it, so we will follow up on Monday.
