Documentation for uploading data in Terra should be linked when you try to upload Completed
There should be documentation on what format Terra expects data to be uploaded for the data model linked (or shown) right there when you try to upload data (in fact, this used to be a feature in Firecloud). It's not intuitive so I have to look it up every time and if I hadn't already known about this from Firecloud, I wouldn't know how to format it based on this error message or googling it.

We're looking to provide more explanatory text right in the import modal from your screenshot. You're totally right it's completely opaque right now. We're looking to do this in May.
