Running Icon in Terra Notebooks

When a notebook outside of Terra is actively running I get a helpful icon on the tab of the browser to indicate that it is still running (or that it has finished) so I can look at other tabs/windows while waiting for something that takes a few minutes to finish. It looks like this:

when it's finished it goes back to this:

In Terra I lose this feature because the tab always looks like this:

It would be nice to have a visual clue that the notebook is still running so I could look at other tabs while waiting.
