  Hi Sehyun,

  Thank you for writing in about this issue. Can you share the workspace where you set-up cost reporting with Terra Support by clicking the Share button in your workspace? The Share option is in the three-dots menu at the top-right.

  1. Toggle the "Share with support" button to "Yes"
  2. Click Save

  Please provide us with a link to your workspace. We’ll be happy to take a closer look as soon as we can!

  Thank you for sharing the workspace! Could you share a screenshot showing that spend-reporting@terra.bio is added as a viewer on the BigQuery dataset? Could you also share a screenshot of what you see on the billing page in Terra when you click on the billing project associated with this workspace?

  Hi Sehyun,

  Thank you for providing those. Could you send a screenshot of what you see when you click on "View Billing Account" under the billing project name and then click on the edit button next to "Spend Report Configuration"?

  I entered the Dataset Project ID (anvilworkflow-billing) and Dataset Name (daily_cost_detail) before and didn't get any error, FYI.

  Okay, thank you. It does look like you've set up cost reporting correctly. Thank you for verifying those steps. What are you seeing when you toggle over to the "spend reporting" tab when viewing the billing project? Are you able to see cost reporting information in any of the other workspaces in this billing project?

  'Spend Reporting' shows the spending summary for the period of time at each workspace level. However, the 'Total Run Cost' under an individual job history is still 'N/A'.

  Hi Sehyun,

  Thank you for providing that. It does look like cost reporting is working correctly it's just not displaying for the individual workflows. I'm going to bring this to our engineers to see if we have any known issues with cost reporting and I will get back to you.

  Hi Sehyun,

  I hope you had a good weekend. We have been looking into this issue, and it looks like your most recent submissions in this workspace are now showing cost information. Some of your older submissions are still not showing the associated costs which can be expected for workflows submitted long before cost reporting was set up. Please let me know if you are also seeing this cost information now.
