Issue with TCGA auth?

Hi Terra,

Is there an issue at the moment with TCGA / dbGaP authorization being synced for users? Several users in our lab neighborhood have reported that their eRA commons accounts are synced correctly to Terra but "TCGA-dbGaP-Authorized" permissions are not being granted. We have also confirmed with all P.I.s that users are properly added to their projects within eRA commons.

Hi Samantha,

This seems to be an issue again on our side of things. Can you confirm or deny if there are any errors with Terra talking to eRA commons / dbGaP?
